Arizona Neurorehabilitation (AzN) offers a comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation of individuals who have experienced a brain injury or neurological medical condition.  The multidisciplinary report features separate sections for each discipline, with an integrated recommendations section that offers both separate and joint treatment goals.  If a full neuropsychological assessment is required, 40 hours of services would be necessary to complete the multidisciplinary evaluation.  If the client has undergone a neuropsychological assessment within the past year, only a clinical interview and brief neuropsychological testing would be needed, thus reducing the cost to 35 hours.  These costs include a feedback session with the client and their family with each discipline summarizing their findings.
